No draft is ever official until a person reviews and signs off. Approved minutes are locked into a permanent, tamper-evident record with a cryptographic (SHA-256) content hash.
Every board's information is separated, and access is scoped by role — officers, staff, and guests — with owner controls and advisor grants limited to exactly the committees or folders they need.
Sensitive sessions exclude guests and are kept out of cross-board views, search, and platform analytics — visible only to their participants.
Audio is transcribed the moment it's captured and then deleted immediately. Only the text transcript remains — there is no audio file to leak or subpoena.
