Closed sessions exclude guests

Recordings are never stored

Can I use the recording from Zoom or my phone?
Yes. Upload the audio file to the meeting and BoardReporter transcribes it and drafts the minutes, exactly as if you had recorded in the browser. You can also paste a transcript from Zoom or Teams.
